Founded in 1990. it holds the distinction of being one of the oldest organizations in the Middle East. operating as a non-political. non-communal entity dedicated to social, cultural. welfare. and charitable endeavours. Governed by an approved by law. The association operates democratically. boasting elected office bearers and a registered office in Anthikad. Kerala.
